1. How can I have a RemEX Card?
To have a RemEX card, you just need to fill out the RemEX application form with your personal information and your active mobile number. Keep in mind that your mobile number will be linked to your account for SMS and text services.

You will also be asked to provide your username and password. These will be used in accessing your RemEX account online.

2. What must I do if I need to change my mobile number?
Go inside your online account. Enter your username and password. Click on the Profile tab. Inside the mobile number field, change the entry. Click on the Save button.

3. Do I need to have a bank account to have a RemEX card?
No bank account is required. You can also get a RemEX card regardless of your credit history.

4. What are the advantages of RemEX to cardholders?

5. How does a cardholder get started?
When you receive your RemEX Card, the first thing you need to do is to activate your PIN. On your phone, simply key in ACT<space>your 4-digit preferred PIN. Send this to: +16234664807 You only need to activate your card once.

6. Can I change my PIN number?
Yes. You can change your PIN at anytime you want thru Internet by logging on your account. Go to Change PIN under Profiles. Enter your Current PIN field then enter your preferred four-digit PIN. You will receive an SMS confirmation message stating that your card has been activated.

7. How can I use my RemEX card?
You can use your RemEX Card to pay your bills in the Philippines, and send money overseas to your friends and families for a flat rate of US$1. You can do this online or by using your mobile phone.

8. Could someone access my funds inside my card?
No one can access your funds without your permission. Your RemEX card has a log in username and password to ensure the security of RemEX cardholder's information.

9. How can I learn the amount of money available on my card?
You can check your current balance via SMS. On your cell phone, key in BAL and then send it to: +1623- 466-4807
You can also check your balance by logging inside your account. Just enter your username and password.

10. How much does the RemEX card cost to use?
You pay a small fee for every transaction - loading, cash withdrawals, payments, transfer. These fees schedule are found inside your card packaging.

11. How can I add fund inside my card?
You can add value to your card by:

  • Visiting any authorized RemEX station.
  • Loading via ACH

12. How can I transfer money overseas?
First, you have to make sure that the one you'll be sending funds has his own RemEX, Ncash , or Rechargeplus card. His RemEX , Ncash, Rechargeplus card should be linked as a beneficiary to your card before you can send money

15. Can I find out about card activity at any time, or do I have to wait for record statement?
You can keep track of your money 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All you have to do is login to our website using your user name and password.

16. How do I report a lost or stolen card? What will happen to my funds inside?
Similarly, like any other bankcard (ATM, credit card, and debit card), the value of your card is always secured at the bank. You can immediately deactivate your RemEX card, just key in LOS for lost cards or STO for stolen card. Send it to the number at the back of your card. The card balance will not change and be transferred to the new card upon registration and activation.
